WFP/e Scratchpad: My First WFP/e App

Unfortunately, I’ve been traveling for the last couple of weeks so I haven’t had time to weigh in on the super exciting Framework 3D announcement (which is undeniably clever), the public Expression beta or the WPF/e preview. 

I’m really excited about each of these, but I have to admit that the WPF/e CTP is the real stand out for me.  I LOVE (notice the uppercase) WFP/e so far.  Granted, it’s a CTP so there is plenty of looking beyond required, but I’ve had a great experience with it.  WPF/e is really fun (more on that in a future post).  In the meantime, check out the app here (or by clicking on the image below).

    I couldn’t figure out the pencil sharpener, but everything else worked great. Very cool!

    Yes!!!!! I have been waiting for a WPF/e CTP since it was announced at Mix 06. I hope they add Firefox support. :)

    *smacks self in head* :( sorry I did not read close enough on the Microsoft page. Firefox is supported, but I am not holding my breath for opera.

    Robby, you were right, I feel quite out of my element here although I am sure there is plenty that I could learn, if I decided to try. But then I would hassle you with more questions than you bargained for. I CAN say that I love the design and color scheme and the cool photo you use as a header.
